Poor service delivery
We met Petrus in tje Clearwatwr mall, we paid casg for the living room set we wanted. He said that we will receive the set in 3 weeks on tje 29th. We I phoned him to ask where the set is he said he does not know wgat is going on but he will send another set in the meantime. I sold my set because he said they will deliver in this date and know im wothout one. A day pastes and I still have not received any set or feedback.
Hi there, As per our terms and conditions at the back of your invoice, our lead time for manufacture and delivery is up to six weeks if not available ex-stock, however we did go out of our way to accommodate you with a loan lounge suite even though we were under no obligation to do so.
