Poor service and delivery
<p>Extremely poor service. </p> <p>Ordered couches on the 1st of october and still waiting. </p> <p> </p> <p>Was promised a maximum lead time of 3 weeks. </p> <p> </p> <p>Staff keep making promises they cant keep and does not keep one updated. </p> <p> </p> <p>Was also "forced" to make payment upfront and now have no leverage. Almost want to cancel the order</p> <p> </p> <p>will never recommend them to any one. </p>

As per our terms and conditions at the back of your invoice, our lead time for manufacture and delivery is up to six weeks if not available ex-stock and colour shades may vary, as such youre welcome to choose a different colour and we can deliver immediately. However, we apologise for the delay
