Pathetic service!!!
<p>i have never in my life dealt with such poor service like this. Absolutely shocking and no shame this company has. After numerous calls and numerous emails and numerous promise from the company , i still sit with the same issue after a month and still get tje same pathetic excuses. </p> <p>I purchase a plasma unit from them and due to circumstances ( still considering their situation)could not deliver on time as promises and this after i had to phone and follow up myself. I was promised a full refund 3 weeks ago. After another phone call today because no one came back to me on Friday as promised, again i was promised it will be done on Friday. Now again i will have to wait another's week which will probably end up with the same result. </p>
And still nothing, not even a phone call and this is after i had to phone myself on Tuesday and yet another promise was made to say my money will be in my acc by that afternoon. Two days later and still nothing
