Over Commit & Under Deliver
<p>Ordered a simple Ottoman on the 31st July 2016, a month later I'm still chasing the Sales rep - Tebogo (River Square Shopping Centre). I was told 2-3 weeks for manufacture for delivery from Benmore. All I can say is I wish I googled the complaints first before ordering. To anyone reading this, please do not waste your time or money. Yes it is cheap, but the quality honestly is not that great. And as one can see from the numerous complaints, FAB Furniture is not worth the time or effort. The generic responses from FAB Furniture, ie. "Read our Terms & Conditions", illustrates the nature and behviour of this company - there is no focus on customer service...</p>

You requested a customised small ottoman in a specific fabric and specific dimensions. Every item we take orders no matter how big or small they are manufactured from scratch in house at our 2500m2, 50 employee strong factory. We quote 3 to 6 weeks lead time for our default products and up to 8 weeks for customised designs.
We would like to remind you that you are not our only client, you may think that it is only one ottoman to be made but we have up to 1000 individual client orders per month and a lot of planning goes into our production schedules. Your ottoman is actually on our schedule to be completed this week however if you are in any way unsatisfied with our service we would be happy to refund your money in full.
If you would like to take us up on the refund option please call our head office (number is on the top of your sales invoice) and they will be more than happy to assist you.
