No refund

<p>I have been waiting for my refund from the 8th December 2016 and I have been put from pillar to post. Spoke to Mandy who was very useless. I cancel my laybye on the 8th Dec and they said it takes 7 to 10 days for a refund but up until today nothing. I've been going to the centurion mall branch atleast once a week and they won't compensate me with my petrol and parking . Fab furniture is full of ******. </p>
