No deliver , Worst service. Being sent from Pillar to post

I bought a couch in July 2017 from FAB Furniture and expected delivery mid September 2017. I then gave them till month end Sept 2017 since they needed more time to complete my couch. Month end came and there was no delivery and no word from them. I call them on a daily basis, need I say. Then I was told I will get the couch on the 5th Oct, Which also didn't happen. I got confirmation that I will get delivery on the 7th Oct, Still no delivery. I cal them and they say couch is not yet done. I call them today still and I don't get a definite answer as to when I will have my couch delivered. I am being sent from pillar to post then now they are not answering my calls. Both on landline and mobile phone. I need urgent assistance
