Lying About Delivery dates
On the 31,May 2015,Petrus, who works at the Clearwater branch and told us it would take 3 weeks or less. We agreed as we had guests in a months time. He printed on the invoices delivery date would be 20 June 2015. Last week we expected our couches but received nothing and no news after repetitive enquiries. Eventually they decided to give us a loan couch as we had guests. The couches were smelly with cigarette bud burns and told us this weekend it would be ready. They once again didnt deliver, refuse to refund us and are once again saying next week. We are so disappointed and disgusted!
Hi there, As per our terms and conditions on the back of your invoice, our lead time for manufacture and delivery is up to six weeks if not available ex-stock, however we did go out of our way to accommodate you with a loan lounge suite even though we were under no obligation to do so.
