Lies about the Delivery and Bad Service.

Paid for my Couches in March 2015 - they stated that i can request delivery as soon as i have settled into my New apartment and should give them 1 Week Notice before delivery - Notice was given on the 23rd of July 2015 - And Confirmed that i will come to collect my couches on Saturday the 1st of August 2015. I also confirmed with Stefaans on Friday the 31st of July and he said that hes Driver is on his way to the factory in Germiston to Collect my couches. Arriving on Saturday with the Movers at the Randburg Square Branch he said that the stock is late and that he will deliver later the same day. Delivery never happened. He Confirmed Delivery for Monday the 3rd of August 2015, i had to take a day off from work to stay at home to reeive the couches and this never happened. I told him that i will have guests on the 3rd in the evening and need my couches and was embarrassed that my guests dint have any place to sit. Service this bad i will never refer anyone to F.A.B Furniture.
