HORRIBLE SERVICE

I made a lay bye at a pop up store in centurion mall. The store closed down and no one contacted me to inform me of this. I then decided to send my banking details for a refund which was a month ago. Till today I have not received it and every time I enquire I get told they are busy with it. If I do not receive my money by end of the week I will report this matter further. BAD SERVICE, NEVER USING THEM AGAIN
