Honest Review

Look, Ill be honest, the people on this website need to learn to write a review or complaint. My couch that I ordered was delivered yesterday and it took a little longer than planned (the full price had already been paid) so I googled them again and found these *****s calling them ********** and other things and I nearly had a heart attack.

So, let me start by saying the service I received wasn't bad, in fact it was rather good service, I would have however liked to have been kept up to date on the progress of my couch as all i was told was "the end of May". So an e-mail every week would have been nice but overall it wasn't bad.

This company handled me in a professional manner, even though I was very difficult at stages and management was in contact where needed.

As the the quality of the couch, it doesn't seem bad for what i paid, however, at this stage it is probably too soon to make a comment about the quality there of.

So thank you for the over all experience, i believe there is still some room for improvement on the service side of things.
