FAB Furniture - UNHELPFUL, DISHONEST, A BUNCH OF **********

FAB Furniture, at first products seem good quality and service good but this all changed. I have been **** to many times by their staff and management. I have been given products that were broken and fixed to give me. I have not been taken serious after complaining and FAB admits they **** to me but still unwilling to help sort the problem at hand.

I paid for pedestals in December then had to complain many times to get a product in March that was not new, it has many scratches and is clearly not new or even in good condition, the staff painted the scratches and gave ME the product. After complain they apparently ordered replacements and this was promised to be with me in 2 weeks. Its is now nearly a month later, I had to go into store today to be taken seriously and I was told the staff **** to me and they will now order and I would need to wait again.

This is not acceptable.

I recommend nobody trust FAB Furniture. They are unhelpful, dishonest, and unwilling to take any customers serious once payment received.
