F.A.B Furniture Pathetic, ***********, Unprofessional ******

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! ordered my couch 3 months ago. sales agent at the factory shop in Germiston assured me I would receive it on time. After 3 months I called to find out if everything is ready, turns out some parts they did not have but nobody bothers to call me. After arguing for weeks after, trying to get hold of a person by the name of Cynthia who is so unprofessional, doesn't return calls doesn't take your calls if you have a complaint. T make matters worst it turns out the couch is the wrong color as well. According to Cynthia the salesman was suppose to call me to let me know the color i ordered was no longer available. Getting a refund out of this useless place takes a whole lot more effort too. I would strongly urge that no one should do business with this ******!! I have decided to get a lawyer involved to get my money out of these fools! Pathetic .
