F.A.B FURNITURE DISRESPECT

F.A.B Furniture does not respect customers. So far I have received 3 damaged couches. In January I complained about the latest couch, I was told a new order will be placed for a new couch to be manufactured and delived, it is now April and there has been no feedback. Every time I call, I receive different excuses. Delivery will be arranged for my couch, the material is not available. My emails are not being answered. Total disrespect for customers.
