F.A.B Furniture ********* and Rude

First of all.

This is a warning to anyone. Don't buy anything from these guys. They will lie and say anything to get you to buy *******

I purchased a Bella couch at Clearwater on 22nd of September 2018. I was told I can fetch the couch at the Randburg show room in the next week. On the 28th of September I went to fetch the couch, however I noticed it was two toned which is obviously not what I purchased but the salesman from Clearwater was adamant that I **** and I knew what I was buying. So I asked for a replacement couch or a refund. Then I was told refund will take 10 days. I already spent a considerable amount of money to get transport to move my couch from Randburg to Midrand.

After speaking to Cynthia at Head office, she told me there was nothing she could do and was also rude on the phone by dropping the phone on me.

This is a warning to everyone buying furniture. Do not waste your money buying anything from F.A.B furniture. They are ********* and the worse furniture shop in South Africa.
