F.A.B Furniture

I will not recommend F.A.B Furniture to anybody as their service is pathetic. I placed an order in Dec 2017 already ( Eastrand mall branch) and todate ( 16 March 2018) I still have not received my lounge suite. I understand there was a feastive season shutdown but commitments ( three weeks after factory opens on 08 Jan 2018) are made but not kept. They do not give any feed back as to the status of my order and I have to continually contact them to confirm. They always say they will phone back but never do. Customer service is non existant.
