I bought a Monica Corner Suite (Sofa) on the 29th of September 2017 for R7199.20 cash at Mall at Reds in Centurion. Last week I noticed that the material is tearing apart. I went to the their Centurion mall store to lodge a complaint on Saturday (04/11/2017) and I am still waiting for a response. Their store foes not have a landline number and the cellphone number provided on their website is not working. I called their ********** 666 Rabdburg Square Mall number that is provided in their invoice and the people working are *********** and are not helpful. I want this corner unit collected and replaced with a new Corner unit. Should that be hard to achieve then I want my money back.
