Disappointed and want my money back
<p>I lodged a complaint on the same platform almost a month ago and have not had any solid direction on how my issue will be sorted, I have in fact received calls from different consultants but have not had my request actioned. I want my money back PLEASE!!!! </p>

We are aware of your complaint about the Monica Cnr white couch you purchased at our Randburg branch, however upon receipt of your complaint we have been trying to communicate with you in order to get information as to what the fault was on the couch but with no luck. We are more than willing to either have the couch swapped for you with a brand new unit at no charge at all or to refund you in full. However for either option we need to get in touch with you in order to arrange a delivery/ collection date.
