Couches ordered and delivered damaged
A 3 piece couch set was ordered, with delivery it was damaged. Then after 2 weeks a new set was delivered and damaged again on delivery. When calling their head office is does not even connect. When getting hold of a manager, this person is either not available or never calls back. Waiting 1 month since last delivery with no feedback and still no delivery of new couches. They even have the guts to ask for a delivery fee on the second delivery. This is very very bad service. People be aware, never buy any furniture from them!
Hi there, The delivery team did advise you that the couches were too big to fit in your space, however, not withstanding, you advised him to proceed. As per our terms and conditions at the back of your invoice, measurements are the clients responsibility as you kow your home and we do not.

So you are saying the customer is wrong? Do you have proof that the delivery team advised me that the couches are too big to fit? And why have they taken the couches into my home again after the second time if they do know it does not fit? I was not adviced when I signed the invoice nor showed the terms and conditions on the back of my invoice . According to the CPA law, the consumer must be advised by the retailer to accept and also sign the terms and conditions, this was not adviced nor offered by your sales representative. Please explaint this? For the record, after the third new set of couches were delivered to my house I could fit it without any damage done. Please take note that two new sets of couches were for your account because of your negligence for not showing me the terms and conditions! Maybe by giving the correct training to your sales representative might avoid this? The damaged ones are now being displayed in local shopping malls, I will be very embarrassed by displaying this, cleary this will affect your sales even more...
