Couch still not delivered, need money back

<p>I bought a couch from FAB Furniture / Mindframe on the 16th of July and unfortunately the one I had seen was damaged and not in good condition to sell. I made a full payment and was told the couch would be ready in a week but that has not been the case. It's past a month and I'm still waiting. I sent an email on the 10th of August to ********** and to date I have not heard from them and they were very quick to reply when I was doing enquiries on the couch and the ordering, now that the sale is closed I get no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need my money back because I have not had any joy from the sale and promises were NOT met</p>
