Complain about my fully paid undelivered couch

Hi there<br> <br> I have paid in full for Monica corner couch (red) bought from Zweli the sales man for FAB furniture and asked him to deliver on the 2 April. Till today I didn't get them, when I ask him he shift the blame to Justice (the *** who's responsible for delivery at their ware house).<br> <br> Justice called me on the 28 March saying he wants to deliver and I told him that there's no one home and told him I've asked Zweli to arrange delivery on the 2 April.<br> <br> On the 2nd April I took leave and waited for my delivery and they didn't bring it, I called Zweli after 12 pm asking what time are they coming he told me I was suppose to call him earlier. Are you telling I have to bag these people to deliver for something I have paid for?<br> <br> I called Justice on Saturday the 4 April and he told me he doesn't have my couch anymore.<br> Yesterday I called their head office and spoke to their manager Inga she told me she was going to come back to me yesterday but till now I she haven't call me. <br> Please help me to get my money back.<br> Thanks.<br>
