Coaches peeling off

I bought coaches at Fab furniture in February delivery was made on 25th of April 2015. On 25th June i sent an email to the customer care requiring assistance as the coaches are peeling of on the stitches no feedback has been received. The sales person gave me an invalid number when i wanted to launch a telephonic complaint and to hear what could have gone wrong? I paid on time for those coaches i need them to be fixed ASAP.
