CHEAP ******!!!

MY HUSBAND AND I laybyed furniture worth R6000 and gave a R2000 deposit and then I bought other sofas which meant I didn't need these ones in the laybye anymore. I went to the store to speak to them and explain that I want my money back and they said THEY WILL TAKE 20%(THERE WASN'T EVEN AN AGREEMENT TO BEGIN WITH)which wasn't stated on the agreement but I was fine with it and decided they can deduct the 20% but then after they called the other store from a BROKEN BLACKBERRY which took soooo long they eventually sent a whatsapp message stating that they wil be deducting R1100 and I will balance with a bladdy R900,that is their 20% calculation THESE ************ IMAGINE!!!!!they didn't even ****en know how to calculate the percentage and they even forced me to take something else after I told them I want my money back and we didn't even sign any terms and conditions with them.THEY ARE OUT TO GET PEOPLE AND **** THEM PLEASE BEWARE OF FAB FURNITURE AND THEIR CHEAP COMPANY.I'm not leaving them I want to put up a bill board somewhere and I'm gonna sue them for that last peanuts that they have.
