Bought a couch but they can't give it to me

I bought a couch on the 25 september 2015,i paid them deposit n they said it will take them a maximum of 3 weeks to manufacture the couch for me but 3 weeks later the manufacture knows nothing about my oder. I asked them to refund me since they can't give my couch, i gave them my banking details n waited for my money. 5 days later i call her since the money is not in, she tells me she lost my banking details i must send them again but she doesn't act like she even cares about me as a paying customer. shes just waiting for the next person to rob again.when i call fab furniture they say i must deal with vuyisile, but i don't see anything coming out of this, so im goin to the police to open a case against her the company and the mall.
