Bad Service turn around time

I Purchased a set of couches on the 1st September 2018 and Was advised i would be receiving them in 3 weeks. I Still haven't heard anything from the store about the couches. This is unfair as I paid on time and called the store to no avail on my query.

Firstly I do apologise. Which store did you purchase from? Our lead time on production is 3-6 weeks, sorry you have been misinformed

Please send a copy of your invoice along with your cell number to *** & I will follow up with head office on when it will come out of production for you

Hello, I called this number ********** 132, which is the factory. and It now has been past the 6 weeks lead time, its 7weeks and 3days awaiting the couches i paid for. I keep calling and i'm being told that it's still in production? Can I just please have the couches. I can't keep calling because i'm being promised false delivery time.
