Bad service no delivery

-+3 months ago I layby couches at Eastgate Shopping Centre and I was assisted by one of the sales guys called Sammy. I saw the couches on display and I asked how much do they cost and he told me the price, I asked him if I can laybye and he said yes and I can pay any amount, with no further explanation I gave him the deposit of R500 and later gave him another R3000 in cash. Few weeks ago I got an offer to move to DURBAN so I called him last week Wednesday (14 October) to explain the situation and I asked him if I can have my refund as I will no longer be needing the couches. He then told me he will speak to his manager, I waited for his call and decided to call him numerous times with no response. I then sent him a message and he asked me to call a lady by the name Emma...between the two of them I was sent back and forth with no guideline of what needs to happen he (Sammy) later called me and asked me if I read the terms and conditions and I said to him yes I just did now however he did not explain the cancellation process to me. I then sent an email to both of them with my banking details and kept following up on my refund no one is assisting and they are all ignoring my calls
