Bad Service and Non Refund

I have purchased a couch in October at the clearwater branch , i was promised delivery end of the very same month of purchase, however when i called for feedback as the couches did not arrive i was than told i will receive my couches on the 9th of November .its now the 17th and i have gotten no feedback as to whats happening with the couches. i called head office and the phone rings until it reaches voicemail .

my money was paid in full including the delivery , i have asked the saleslady at clearwater for a full refund and the response is " i am Not sure"

This is really poor service and **** promises to the public.
