Bad service

Yesterday i went to pay my balance at their store in Clear water mall so that they can deliver my bed and couches but i was told i am still owing, i showed them the balance on the receipt that they gave me last month and it was the exact balance that i was paying off...Now that they must deliver they tell me that i am owing why didn't they tell me last month or wrote the correct balance last month if thats the case? This is not fair it looks like they are happy collecting peoples money every month without the intention of delivering this is not good for their business be careful,,,My number is ********** 288
