Bad service

Horrible customer service.I was given the run around and excuses was all i got from them. Purchased a couch which arrived way past the given SLA due their factory being relocated.This caused for the delivery date to keep being posted. I then was promised two complimentary ottomans for the inconvenience caused . Uptil today i haven't received them. Wouldn't recommend them at all!
