25% cancellation fee for their breach of contract
F.A.B Furniture sales person Sammy at Eastgate Mall promised that my black leather lounge suite will be ready on the 01/11/2015 but when I went to their warehouse in 28 Myer Street, Germiston I was told the lounge is not ready which I then said I want my full refund as they breached the contract.<br> Now i'm being told they are going to take 25% cancellation fee as if is my fault that the contract was breached.<br> I'm going to open a civil case against them and I want the interest they earned from my money starting from the 07/11/2015 when I made the first payment.
Hi there, your lounge suite was actually ready that day and we even delivered it to you free of charge, however you then decided against the purchase. We did indeed refund your money in full.

You only refunded me after I took you to court and lost the case you *******. The lounge suite you delivered was old one that you used for display at your warehouse and it was damaged. You guys are disgusting and so unprofessional in all every possible way. I would just like to advise all customers to never pay you guys in full until they see their end product because is a nightmare to get a refund from you guys even when you're totally wrong. Had I not taken you to court I wouldn't have received my money because you're own CEO himself his an arrogant and intimidating person himself no wonder your service is shockingly worse than worse.
