2 weeks to repair 1 corner couch

I bought a corner suite from fab furniture. it was delivered on the 14th of feb.<br> the next tuesday the 16th of feb the couch had a tear in it.<br> I phoned them to repair it as i have a 2 year warranty.<br> they picked it up saturday the 20th and told me it should be ready the next wednesday the 24th.<br> that did not happen. when phoning them on the 26th of feb. i was told that it would be delivered the 27th.<br> never happened. i was then told it would be delivered on the 1st of march. that also never happened.<br> i was also told that they havent even started on it. so after a huge argument with management and stefan i was assured it will be delivered today the 2nd of march. now im being told this will also not happen because their drivers have left for the day. so still waiting for my couch which i paid for.
