Still waiting for a couch delivery. Bad service

I have bought a couch on the 24 August 2019 and paid in full for the couch. I have not received the couch, I ask them since they cant deliver they refund me they have not done it. I want people to be aware of fab furniture they are bunch of ********, they make promises and they dont fullfil them. Cynthia was meant to give me my refund by she does not answer phone or respond to my whatsapp.
