Radio silence, no delivery

I have yet to receive my order, or even an update as to what exactly the delay is this time. You have your money, in full, and I have radio silence on every avenue I have tried. Your marketing contact will simply not respond to me and I now have no choice but to report your company for ***** to FNB, the NCC, Sabric, PASA and every other organisation I can think of.

I placed my order in May, and was promised delivery three to six weeks after that. I can appreciate one delay, but radio silence three weeks after delivery was finally expected is not acceptable. #1405
