Poor service from Fan Furniture

We ordered 2 chaos from them on 20 June. They said they would deliver in 6 to 7 see is. We called 7 weeks later. There was no answer. We had to try to phone several times before getting anyone. Then they said they had to find ut what happened to the order. They kept saying they must find ut from their factory what is going on. After 2 weeks they stil didn't know what is going on. We finally cancelled the order and are waiting for the reimbur*****t of the deposit which stil has not been paid. They don't call back either. This is unacceptable.
