Poor service

Bought a couch last year and they delivered a wrong couch, sent it back in October after that no communication from them and wanted the couch before Christmas they didn't respond to my emails and WhatsApp messages. bought the couch somewhere else now want a refund but still they don't answer my messages I'm very angry now.
