Poor service and delivery. Do not support this company

Worst service ever.... Havnt recieved a couch that I paid for in August, when asking for a refund it takes forever I havnt recieved anything to date... This company is *********** and has the worst customer service you can think of. If you call their land line the man puts you on hold and cuts the calls, if you call on the cell phone it's either off or they do not respond. So quick to take peoples money but don't give any any support after.
