No delivery, No refund!!

I purchased a Nouva plasma stand from FAB Furniture on 20/07/2019 online and i was promised that it will take 3 to 6 weeks to be delivered. 8 weeks later they were unable to deliver and no one could explain to me where my stand is. I requested a refund and Cynthia and the store manager Tapiwa promised me that my refund will be paid out within 10 working days. That was 1 November 2019. Until today I did not received my refund. I've been calling multiple numbers at the Germiston Branch and none of them are answering my calls. If I call from different numbers they answer and claim that Frank from finance is out of the office they will remind him. I am very disappointed in the service I received!
