Incompitent and appalled

I paid for couches in June and they told me that they would arrive in 3 weeks when they came back they where the wrong color. They said they would send them back and make new ones I still haven't got my couches yet. I have asked for a refund in the begining of September and they still havent. I call their offices but they dont answer i go to the shop and still they dont help me. Ive gone a far as requesting for the owners numbers and when i called me she had said she would help me but she hasn't I still dont have any couches or my money back. The company is *********** they people at the head office are no help at all
