FAB FURNITURES- IS THIS A REAL COMPANY OR A **** ?

Terrible service received from the Germiston branch.

I ordered a lounge suite in April 2019, we are now in December 2019 and I still dont have my couches.

The telephone lines just rings. Stanley only responds on email to say Customer services will phone you.

We popped in at the branch and were quickly notified that they do not have any information and we must contact the office

A lady named Cynthia sent me a whats app to say she will give me feedback next week - This was in October.

To date I have not heard from her and she does not respond to my messages.

Is this a real company or have i been ****med? Surely there should be someone who would have had the decency to phone me and advise me where the delay is and when i can expect my stuff? But NOTHING
