FAB furniture withholding my money

FAB furniture's has withheld my money which I paid as a deposit l. This is after their staff members at Clearwater advised they did not have beds in stock, after having been told that they would have black Friday stock.

Not to mention that their shop in Randburg relocated without any warning to customers of where their new address would be. I discovered this when I went to the shop to check on their black friday stock. I decided to go to their Randburg store because the staff member who had advised about stock was not answering his cellphone and I needed to take advantage of the black Friday savings.

I sent them an email 7 days ago, regarding the refund To date the email has not been answered.
