Promised to complete an order in 8-10 weeks. 12 weeks later was unable to get a clear answer from any of the contact people. when requested a refund they give you a run around for your money. make excuses about payment clearance and authorisation and clearance. absolutely unprofessional. they don't return calls. lie about the progress. they just ***** your money
