Fab furniture *****s

I made a payment for a couch on the 10 of August at fab furniture clear water mall, they told me that it would take them 2 to 3 weeks to make the couch. It's been 2 months now and I haven't gotten anything, when i requested a refund they told me that it takes 7 to 10 days. I called in today because the refund period is over and they still giving me the run around, now I must wait for the financial manager to call me back. If I don't get my refund this week I'm taking legal action
