FAB Furniture poor service

FAB Furniture, Germiston branch, PROMISED me my refund of R2500. They gave me a reversed invoice on the 9th December 2020. They said it will take 7 - 10 working days. Taking all the public holidays etc into account - today, 14 January 2020, it will be 22 working days.

I am STILL waiting!?
