FAB Furniture not delivering on orders

I purchased a Shaka lounge suite about 4 months ago on FAB Furniture online store. It took about 3 weeks for anyone to attend to my order. To which they advised they do not have the colour I ordered and it would take 6 weeks to manufacture. They sent me 2 pieces to use in the interim while they manufactured my order. 4 months on and I followed up cause they have not and i was told that they have no idea as to how long it would take to get me my actual order. How do companies like this get away with this type of behaviour with no consequences to them?
