Fab furniture

This company should be closed down and licence taken away. I bought couches in September but they were not ready in time hence I asked for a refund. I struggled to receive a refund invoice and now Cynthia ignores my calls. They don't want to pay me back. How do deal with such we need to teach them a lesson.
