EXTREMELY WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

i have bought a bed online and made payment from this company, never delivered , they promised me a refund and they are not taking my calls or replying my emails. its been more than 10 working days waiting for my refund and nothing is happening... yooo it was such a bad idea to do business with them. i want my money back
