Bad service from FAB Furniture

I am extremely disappointed in the way my matter has been left unresolved. It's been over 5 months now that I have returned two of my cushion seats of my Alaska couches which I had requested for them to be fixed as they were torn. I called the Randburg branch for months and months on end without and positive feedback. Eventually I was referred to a lady by the name of Cynthia regarding the matter she said my cushion seats would be returned by the end of the week and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. Their head office telephone lines ring to no avail. I just want those cushions returned as these couches are still under warranty.
