BAD SERVICE FAB FURNITURE

I ordered a 2-seater (with pillows), a 3-seater (with pillows) and an ottoman for R5000 on the 3rd September 2019. I swiped R2500 on that day. I would swipe R2500 on delivery day. They said it will take 6 – 8 weeks. A lady, Cynthia, called me on 21 October 2019, telling me there is a delay, but she will keep me updated. Weeks gone by. I messaged her a few times. No reply. Eventually she got back to me from sick leave and she said she will find out. Days went by. Nothing. Eventually again, she said it is still delayed. Days went by. I AGAIN tried to get updates, and on this day, 29 November 2019, heard nothing. No set delivered. On the 23rd November it would have been 8 weeks. WHERE IS MY COUCHES, PILLOWS AND OTTMAN???
