BAD FAB FURNITURE SERVICE!

On Monday, 2 December 2019, in middle afternoon, I posted this paragraph in brackets below on HelloPeter. Shortly after that, the lady, Cynthia called me. LONG stories, she said that they have not forgotten about my order and that I will receive my order before the factory closes on 20 December 2019. She ALSO said that she will phone me on Friday, which is TODAY, 6 December 2019, to give me a full update AND she will give me a delivery date. It is currently late Friday afternoon, have not heard from her at all. ONCE AGAIN A PROMISE MADE AND NOT COMMITTED!!!!!

(I ordered a 2-seater (with pillows), a 3-seater (with pillows) and an ottoman for R5000 on the 3rd September 2019. I swiped R2500 on that day. I would swipe R2500 on delivery day. They said it will take 6 – 8 weeks. A lady, Cynthia, called me on 21 October 2019, telling me there is a delay, but she will keep me updated. Weeks gone by. I messaged her a few times. No reply. Eventually she got back to me from sick leave and she said she will find out. Days went by. Nothing. Eventually again, she said it is still delayed. Days went by. I AGAIN tried to get updates, and on this day, 29 November 2019, heard nothing. No set delivered. On the 23rd November it would have been 8 weeks. WHERE IS MY COUCHES, PILLOWS AND OTTMAN???)
