Cancelled Appointment For No Reason

Don’t book with them if you want to keep your appointment.

They cancelled my wax appointment the afternoon before my morning wax claiming that they communicated with me that I needed to pay a R150 appointment. I booked this appointment on the Fresha app weeks in advance and nowhere did the app or they communicate that they needed a deposit.

I did reschedule my first appointment and since then no confirmation or talk of a deposit. I am now left with no appointment and cancellation on a Friday afternoon at 16:00 doesn’t give me much time to try and get another appointment.
