Poor service bad product

Mr Ackerman's company installed a palisade fence on my property in November 2014. i contacted him in June 2015 when the hinges pulled loose from the palisade fence post. for the past six weeks he has been promising to repair the fence. However, every time i contact him to confirm the date for the repair - he offers some new excuse. installation of a palisade fence which only lasts six months is surely unacceptable. this situation has now become a danger to my child and pets.
